Shipping Terms

At Tease Me, we offer FREE express shipping on all prepaid orders.

We know you want your Tease Me products as soon as possible, so we also offer 24-hour and 3-hour delivery for select pin codes at an additional cost. We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) and gift wrapping services at a small extra charge. If you’d like discreet, expedited delivery, or have any special requests, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Once your order has been picked up by our delivery partners, you will receive a WhatsApp/email notification. You can always track your order using your order number or reach out to us at support@teaseme.in or +91 8799775383 for assistance.


Shipping Timelines

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible:

  • 24 business hours for order preparation (for prepaid orders)

  • 1–3 business days for delivery to metro cities

  • 5–7 business days for non-metro cities

  • 3-hour delivery option for select pin codes

  • 24-hour delivery option for select pin codes

Delivery time may vary depending on your pin code and external factors. Metro areas usually receive faster deliveries, while remote locations may take longer.


Shipping Policy

  • All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives tampered or damaged, please share photos of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery.

  • If you suspect tampering, kindly record a video before opening the package and contact us immediately at support@teaseme.in.

  • If you receive an SMS/email confirming delivery but haven’t received your parcel, please inform us within 24 hours.

  • Tease Me uses trusted courier partners but is not liable for external shipping delays.

  • Orders placed before 1 PM are usually dispatched the same working day (excluding Sundays and holidays).

  • Cancellation requests must be made before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return. In case of non-acceptance, return shipping charges will be deducted before refund.


Return Policy

We are committed to your health, satisfaction, and privacy. Our products are quality-tested and securely shipped.

  • To initiate a return, raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide your Order ID.

  • Reverse pickup courier charges will apply.

  • Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened, part-consumed, or used items.

  • Returns are inspected within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds can be made to your original payment method (minus shipping & return charges) or as store credit/gift card for future purchases.

  • COD refunds require bank details.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.

  • If already shipped, please reject the parcel at delivery. A refund will be processed once returned to our warehouse (courier fee will be deducted).

  • If accepted, you may still request a return only if the product is unopened and in original packaging. Return courier charges apply.


Warranty Policy

  • 120-Day Warranty: All electronic/massager devices purchased from Tease Me come with a 120-day warranty starting from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects or malfunctions.

  • To claim warranty: raise a request on our website, upload a video showing the malfunction, and share a photo of the charging adaptor used.

  • After verification, we’ll arrange a pickup and send a replacement.

  • If your location is outside serviceable areas, we may request you to ship the product to us. In that case, Tease Me will reimburse up to ₹250 of the shipping cost.

  • For products outside warranty, you can still contact support@teaseme.in for guidance.


Important Notes

  • Replacements or gift cards will be issued under warranty. Refunds will not be provided for warranty claims.

  • Products bought via gift cards can only be replaced or re-issued as gift cards.

  • Orders from third-party platforms (Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, etc.) are not eligible for refunds. We can only offer replacements or gift cards.

  • Exchanges for different products are not possible. Only replacement of the same product is allowed.
